After-sales, our strength
CO.MAS operates its own service center composed of qualified technicians who can guarantee customized services on both its own systems and those of other manufacturers. Our service is provided through all-inclusive contracts that include quarterly and annual inspections and control plans, in compliance with the obligations listed in Legislative Decree 81/2008.
Thanks to the proven experience and constant training, the staff is suitable to carry out all the activities of extraordinary maintenance, emergency intervention, as well as supply and installation of multi-brand spare parts.
The department is equipped with a continuously growing fleet of vehicles. The trucks are fully equipped as traveling warehouses and are fitted with vertical lifting baskets for technicians’ overhead access. All vehicles are also geolocated so that the timeliest response is always offered to the customer.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE
THE TAILOR-MADE SERVICE SO YOU WON'T BE FOUND UNPREPARED
The preventive maintenance service provides up to 4 scheduled interventions per year, aimed at non-invasive verification of the proper functioning, state of wear and tear and permanence of safety requirements of the components of the hoisting system and underhook equipment. All inspections are done by referring to the instructions in the Manufacturer's Operation and Maintenance Manual and current legal requirements.

Multi-brand spare parts for all lifting equipment
Our Service Center team is able to identify, quote and supply certified original multi-brand spare parts quickly and reliably and at competitive prices resulting from commercial agreements with component manufacturers operating in the lifting industry. The traveling vehicles are therefore equipped with the most common components to meet the most immediate needs, intervening promptly and instantaneously, limiting costs as much as possible.

The on-call maintenance service
The corrective maintenance service provides technical troubleshooting interventions for any anomalies that cannot be resolved during preventive maintenance and extraordinary interventions for blocking faults. In addition, upgrade activities to the facilities to ensure maximum effectiveness and maintenance of adequate safety and reliability conditions.
